By accessing and using FindrAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FindrAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our service.

When you submit tool recommendations or other content to our service, you represent and warrant that:

• The content is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to submit such content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

In no event shall FindrAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied
• Does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Does not warrant that defects will be corrected
• Does not warrant that the service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindrAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
